All our interviewers are trained intensively and start with B2C studies. Experienced interviewers who deliver consistently good work week after week, are then given B2B work. Regular training is provided for all interviewers to maintain and improve standards.
Of course, before training starts interviewers have to be carefully selected. We only employ eloquent native speakers, and we set great value upon motivated and responsible interviewers who fit into our team – with 80 CATI stations, working 24 hours a day, that is an absolute must.
